Just released from bigdough: FIDOTM
|

Bigdough has added a new layer of customization and service to our award-winning relationship management platform, with the launch of FIDOTM, a new automated email report.
What is FIDO?
FIDO - 'Fetches Individualized Data On-demand' - is sent out each day and contains only the specific information that users have selected from all the detailed changes added to bigdough's database of capital markets contact and ownership data in the previous 24 hours. Just the most important and relevant information is delivered and users save valuable time and effort, particularly where the same searches are run on a regular basis.
A FIDO email is automatically pushed out to users, according to their own set preferences. There is no limit to the number of searches a user can set up, although all the data will be sent in one daily email, so each user will receive a maximum of two FIDO emails each day.

Who can use FIDO? FIDO gives corporate investor relations staff the most up-to-date changes to portfolio managers, analysts and media contacts, as well as the institutional or mutual fund ownership of individual companies, including their peers. For bigdough's Capital Markets users, the FIDO application expands on the existing contact management capabilities of bigdough by allowing users to track and analyze all daily actions and changes on key accounts, including all activities, mail, and results.

How does FIDO work?
Each registered user will have a FIDO account, which can be accessed via the gray toolbar at the top of the screen. Within the FIDO tab, users have a choice between two types of reports:
| Daily bigdough changes: there are four choices - new staff, new institutions, institutional ownership, or mutual fund ownership |
| Track actions: there are also four choices: all actions, bigdoughmail, activities and results |

| For both types of reports, users select their parameters, give the particular FIDO report a name and then save. There's no limit to the number of FIDO emails that can be set up and users will still receive a FIDO report even if there was no relevant data added the previous day. All FIDO emails are archived for two weeks and to view them, users simply click the FIDO tab on the gray toolbar and then use the "report date" menu. They can also be edited by clicking the "edit reports" link and then use the edit menu. |
