Collected Information
bigdough.com collects personal contact information from users of our system during the registration process ("User Information"). Our interface also allows users to upload their own collection of contact information to be stored by bigdough.com ("Uploaded Information"). bigdough.com may need to access the Uploaded Information for the purpose of resolving a problem, addressing a support issue, or addressing a suspected violation of our Terms of Use. By providing bigdough.com with User Information and by placing Uploaded Information into our system, you are agreeing that we may store, process and review such information. We will, however, not sell or disclose User Information or Uploaded Information, unless required to do so by law.

bigdough.com has incorporated "Enterprise" (the ability to share information within company user accounts) level functionality into our site. Depending on whether your company has "Enterprise" functionality enabled, Uploaded Information or contact information (Notes, Intelligence, Activities, ToDo's, Calendar Items, Results, Articles, etc…) added into the bigdough system by a user can be shared with other users within the company’s account if the user selects the “Public” (the default selection when adding this type of information into the bigdough system is “Public” ) option when creating or adding such information. The option to make such information "Public" should not be used if the information is not to be shared by other users within the users company. See "SuperUser" section below.

A "SuperUser" (in an "Enterprise" company, a designated company user that has global rights over all company accounts) role can be established by contacting bigdough.com’s Customer Service department at 1-800-254-1005 or 301-760-2501. A "SuperUser" has access to all data input by the company's users regardless of the data's "Public" or "Private" status.

bigdough.com has put security and back-up procedures in place to protect Uploaded Information. However, in the unlikely event there is a loss or corruption of Uploaded Information, bigdough.com is not responsible or liable for such loss or corruption. We encourage our users to retain copies of all Uploaded Information on their own system.

Important: As part of its services, bigdough.com collects and sells information regarding individuals and companies in the financial and investment community ("Database Information"). It is possible that you, as a customer, may be part of the financial and investment community, and personal information about you may appear in our database. User Information and Uploaded Information are not used in connection with Database Information. In other words, information displayed in our database is independently collected by the bigdough.com research department and does not come from data that is received from our customers. We take great care to keep information provided by our customers and information compiled by our research teams separate. If your User Information or Uploaded Information appears in the bigdough.com database, it means that such information has been independently gathered by our research department. In that case, we will continue to use the information as a part of our general database and it may be sold as part of our service.

In order to better serve you, bigdough.com does collect certain information while you are on the bigdough.com site, such as your IP address. This information is only used for demographic purposes and to help us provide better service to our customers.
